our initial sessions will be dedicated to assessing your current reality. starting with the surface level (or 3D if you will) version of yourself before diving deeper into the intricacies of your inner self and what drives, motivates, hinders, or challenges you.

sending time going deep into the aspects of self that disconnect you from the version of you you wish to be and from the divine spark that’s alive within us all. removing false identity programs that keep you from living on the timeline of your highest self. i’ll work closely with you helping to identify and overcome your blocks, triggers, and areas that you may have numbed or disassociated from. this is a soul remembrance. an opportunity for you to be seen and heard by an expander who is able to assist you in visualizing your highest timeline.

the return to self and source is more than just becoming aware of the not-self. once the false patterns and identities have been identified i’ll be acting as a guide and resource for you to integrate other helpful practices such as mindfulness, herbal remedies, breath work practices, and rewiring ingrained habits of not-self behavior.
