i've lived what feels like many lives already in my short 32 years on earth. fostering a connection to spirit through lived experiences of grief, heartbreak, anxiety, depression, expansion, motherhood, the unknown, and the death and rebirth of my own identity, multiple times.

i am no stranger to transformation and the evolution of self and of spirit. as a manifesting generator in human design, evolving / pivoting / course correcting and redefining who I am is just what I do. I didn’t come here to stay the same. and what really lights me up is sharing the process with others and allowing you to see that you don’t have to either.

this space exists to offer comfort, wisdom, support, and insight to help you through the alchemical processes of transforming your pain to purpose, your darkness to light, and your confusion to clarity. serving as a sort of “death & rebirth doula” to assist you on the spiritual and alchemical journey toward inner union and connection to God.
